Bridging CubeSat Heritage and ESA Standards: Lessons from the CORVUS Project
The CORVUS project, under active development within ESA Pioneer Programme, combines Spacemanic’s heritage in radio amateur CubeSat missions with best practices from ESA’s large satellite engineering. This lecture explores the balance between the agile NewSpace approach and structured ESA methodologies, focusing on system engineering, risk management, and CubeSat platform scalability (1-16U).
